- 33 - <br /> <br /> Owners and iOccupants shall be liable for the expense of any <br /> maintenance, repair or replacement rendered necessary by their <br /> %-i!lful acts or negligence, or by that of their ~uests, but only <br /> to the exten~ that such expense is not met by the proceeds of <br /> insurance carried by the Association or such Owner or Occupant. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE X¥ <br /> <br /> GENER3~L PRO¥ISIONS <br /> <br /> Section 15.1 I~,ration.
