§ 9.03 <br /> <br />$500. This ?eposit shall be used to defray the expenses of the City's professional <br />staff in thexr review of said plan. If this $500 deposit is not sufficient to cover <br />expenses inCurred by the City in the review of the plan, additional monies will be <br />required prior ~to final action on the application. Type of use and type of building construction, proposed <br /> n-me, legal description and property address; <br /> <br />2. N-me(s) and address(es) of owner(s) of land, and of engineer <br /> and/or architect preparing the plans; <br /> <br />3. A property survey certified by a registered land surveyor; <br /> <br />4. The number of employees expected to work at the site; <br /> <br />5. A site plan accurately scaled and dimensioned specifically <br /> showing the location of ail buildings; <br /> <br />6. A topographical map of the site; and <br /> <br />7. The building design plan must be certified by an architect or <br /> engineer registered in the State of Minnesota, certifying that <br /> the design of the building has been prepared under his direct <br /> supervision. <br />]~ci~L~ n ~ Conditions: <br /> <br />1. Present use of the subject property and the present use of all <br /> directly adjacent parcels; and <br /> <br />2. Location of ali existing structures on the property. <br /> <br />Improvements Required: The site plan/building design <br />application shall show provisions for the following improvements <br />which shall be constructed in accordance ~-ith the relevant <br />criteria prescribed herein: <br /> <br />Buffer areas including screening and landscaping; <br /> <br />Location and site of on-site septic system(s), plus area for ~wo <br />additional systems; <br /> <br />Site access; <br /> <br />4.
