Councilmember moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION ~91-05- A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FOLLOWING-I~NDINGS OF FACT # RELATING TO A REQUEST BY GLENN REHBEIN EXCAVATING, INC.-TO UTILIZE A MOBILE HOME AS A TEMPORARY RESIDENCE DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NORTHFORK LINKS GOLF COURSE (Drafted 5/1/91) That Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for a conditional use permit to utilize a mobile home on a temporary basis as a residence for the project superintendent during the construction of the Northfork Links Golf Course. That the Applicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission for a public hearing pursuant to Sections 9.03.04 and Section 8.40 of the Rarnsey City Code on May 7, 1991 and that said public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. That the subject property is generally known as 9400 153rd Avenue N.W. and legally described as follows: Lot 10, Block 3, Northfork Links Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota That the subject property is located within the Northfork Planned Unit Development on a parcel proposed to be developed as part of the Northfork Links Golf Course. That in addition to a construction trailer, which is allowed in Ramsey, the Applicant is proposing to place a 14' x 70' mobile home trailer on the subject property to be used as a residence by the golf course project superintendent during the construction of the golf course, approximately two (2) years. That on April 23, 1991, the Ramsey City Council granted the Applicant permission to move the temporary mobile home residence onto the subject property for security purposes until a final decision is made regarding the application for the conditional use permit. That the Applicant has stated that the on-site residence for the project superintendent is necessary for security purposes and to monitor the computerized irrigation system during its operation on off-peak hours. 7. That Section 8.40.02 of the Ramsey City Code states that mobile homes are prohibited except in mobile home parks unless otherwise provided for. That in the past, the City of Ramsey has issued numerous conditional use permits for mobile homes to be used as temporary office space and granted approval for the use of mobile homes during new home construction or while frre damaged homes are being repaired. That the proposed tempora-D.' mobile home will be adequately served by on-sire water and sewer services. That the proposed temporary mobile home will/will not increase traffic to ox- from the subject prope~'.
