Councilmember <br /> <br />moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #91-05- <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING CONDITIONS OF ~"O-NDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> FOR TEMPORARY MOBILE HOME RESIDENCE DURING CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF THE NORTHFORK LINKS GOLF COURSE <br /> (Drafted 5/1/91) <br /> <br />On ., 1991, a conditional use permit was issued to Glenn Rehbein <br />Excavating, Inc. for the placement of a temporary mobile home residence at 9400 153rd Avenue <br />N.W., which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 10, Block 3, Northfork Links Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This permit was issued pursuant to Sections 8.40 and 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this conditional use permit are as follows: <br /> <br />This conditional use permit for a temporary mobile home residence is issued in conjunction <br />with the construction of the Northfork Links Golf Course and shall be in effect until May <br />1, 1993. <br /> <br />2. The mobile home shall not exceed 14' x 70' in size. <br /> <br />Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc. shall deposit $1,000 with the City of Ramsey to guarantee <br />the removal of the mobile home. <br /> <br />The mobile home shall comply with all applicable Building Code and Fire Code regulations <br />and standards for such structures. <br /> <br />Mr. Glenn Rehbein of Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc. hereby acknowledges receipt of this <br />conditional use permit and that he has reviewed the conditions of this permit and has agreed that he <br />will cause compliance with the terms of this permit. <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />As: <br /> <br />Of: <br /> <br />STATE OF MEN~rESOTA ) <br /> ) SS. <br />COUN~ OF ANOKA ) <br /> <br />On this day of ,1991, before me a Notary Public, personally <br />appeared , the <br />of , to me known to be the person described in and who <br />executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledged that he/she executed the same as his/her free <br />act and deed. <br /> <br />Notary Public <br /> <br /> <br />
