CASE <br /> <br /> REQUEST FOR APPROVAL TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM B-1 <br /> BUSINESS TO R-3 URBAN RESIDENTIAL; <br />CASE OF LORD OF LIFE CHURCH AND ROBERT AND JANET BERNSTROM <br />By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Lord of Life Church is proposing to build a new facility on property that they have acquired and <br />additional property they are proposing to acquire in the near future from Robert and Janet <br />Bernstrom. The property is located in Section 25 and is currently zoned B-1 Business and R-1 <br />Urban Residential.
