Council~aber Sorteberg introduced the folloving resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~87-I76 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Menkveld Company has applied for a Planned llnit <br />Development (P.U.D.) permit for a F.U.D. to be known as Pineview Estates <br />2nd Addition, which P.U.D. is to be located on the following property <br />located in the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, to-wit: <br /> <br />The South 636.00 feet of the North 669.00 feet of the West 1650.00 <br />feet, of the ~orth Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, <br />Township 32, Range 24, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said application is made pursuant to City Code Chapter <br />I70.016K Planned Unit Development; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the development plan is designed to form a unified <br />development within the boundaries of the property, will not create an <br />excessive burden on public faciii~ies which will serve the development, and <br />will not be detrimental to neighboring properties; and <br /> <br /> WHERgAS, on April 7, 1987, the City's Planning and Zoning Commission <br />held a public hearing on the application for the P.U.D. and rezoning which <br />public hearing was properly published in the City's legal newspaper <br />pursuant to City Code; and <br /> <br /> W~EI~AS, the City's Planning and Zoning Commission met on April 23, <br />1987 at which time it reviewed the P.U.D. application and made a written <br />recommendation to the City Council that the preliminary development plan <br />for the P.U.D. be approved; and <br /> <br /> W~ERF~, on May 28, 1987, the City Council granted approval to the <br />preliminary development plan for the P.U.D. contingent upon certain <br />revisions to the protective covenants for the P.U.D.; and <br /> <br /> ~EILF~, the entire P.U.D. shall be subject to restrictive covenants <br />and conditions in order to maintain the appearance and quality of the <br />development. <br /> <br />NOW THER]iFOILE~ BE IT ILESOLVED B~ THE CIT~ COUNCIL OF THE CITM OF RAMSES, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STAIT OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That final approval of the Pineview Estates 2nd Addition Planned <br />Unit Development is hereby granted subject to the following: <br /> <br />That The Memkveld Company and the City of Ramsey enter into a <br />comprehensive development agreement which agreement shall <br />incorporate all City Code requirements, policies and <br />restrictive covenants relating to a development of this <br />nature; and <br /> <br />Res oiu~ion ~87-i76 <br /> <br />Page i of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
