Owner in the Property may be made only in accordance <br />with the provisions of ~he Governing Documents. <br /> <br />Section 3.2 Voting Rights. The association shall have two <br /> <br />classes of voting membership. <br /> <br />C~a~s A Members. Class A members shall be all Owners, <br />~;i'tn the exception of the Declarant.
