Owner in the Property may be made only in accordance with the provisions of ~he Governing Documents. Section 3.2 Voting Rights. The association shall have two classes of voting membership. C~a~s A Members. Class A members shall be all Owners, ~;i'tn the exception of the Declarant. Class A members shall be entitled to one vote for each Lot of which they are the 0~aer. %%eh more than one person is an Owner of any. Lot, all such persons shall be members, but the Owners of such Lot shall be collectively enuitted uo only one vote for that Lot. When there is more than one Owner of a Lot, the vote shall be cast by one person designated in %"ritinE signed by all Owners of the Lot. Such voting authority shall be valid until revoked in writing by such Owners. ClaJs B Members. The Class B members shall be the De'd~arant who shall be entitled to three (3) votes for each Lot owned.
