foreclosure sale, or the delivery of a deed or other transfer in <br /> lieu of foreclosure, the interest of the holder of the Sheriff's <br /> Certificate or other instl-ument of transfer shall be prior and <br /> superior to the lien cf any assessments then against the Lot, and <br /> such assessments shall, at the option of the Association become a <br /> lien against all of the Lots in equal shares.
