Such ~ subdivision could be accomplished by dedicating the West 60 feet of <br /> existing Lot ;2 as road right-of-way. <br /> <br />The dedication of 50 feet for the North one half of the right-of-way of 155th Avenue is <br />adequate. <br /> <br />No additional buildable lots will be created a result of this subdivision, however, the plat <br />should be reviewed by the Park and Recreation Commission to determine park dedication <br />requirements consistent with City policy. <br /> <br />The purpose of the easement to be dedicated should be stated. Presumably, this will be a <br />drainage easement. In addition, the boundaries of the drainage easement need to be <br />defined.
