Votii~g No: NOne. <br /> <br />Case #6: City-wide Curbside Recycling Program Options <br /> <br />Mr. Jankowski stated that Staff was directed to bring alternatives for curbside recycling to City <br />Council before the present contract expires. He briefly explained the alternatives. <br /> <br />Motion by C°Uncilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to table this case until <br />a June meeting when Mr. Schroeder, the new City Administrator, can offer input. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Votiilg No: None. <br /> <br />Case <br /> <br />AcCessory Structure Height Limit Increase (Proposed Amendment to <br />Ramsey City Code Chapter 9.10. Section 9.11.02 Subd. 5;) <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to introduce <br />Ordinance #91-XX to amend Chapter 9.10, Section 9.11.02 Subd. 5, to increase accessory <br />structure heigiit limits in the rural area. <br /> <br />Motion carri{d: Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Cich and <br />Hardin. Votifig No: None. <br /> <br />Case #8: !AWard Contract for Miscellaneous Improvements in River's Bend <br /> Park <br /> <br />Mr. JankoWSl{i stated that in late summer, 1990, the City authorized an improvement project in <br />River's Bend Park utilizing CDBG Funding. At the present time, bench installation and paving <br />needs to be cgmpleted. Quotations for paving were received and the low quote was from Allied <br />Blacktop Company for $3,220.00. In addition, park benches are being requested to be purchased <br />and installed bY the Parks Deparanent at an approximate cost of $1,200. <br /> <br />Motion by C0uncilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt Resolution <br />~t91-05-102 r~eiv~ng bids and awarding contract for miscellaneous improvements at River's Bend <br />Park (Project ~t90-29) and authorizing City purchase of benches. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Cich, Peterson, Beyer and <br />Hardin. Votirig No: None. <br /> <br />Case #9: ~Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program <br /> <br />Mrs. Helling explained that she had been informed by JoAnn Wright, County Administrator for <br />CDBG Pro~, that final budgets have been established for the 1991 CDBG allocations and the <br />City of Ramse~,~ has an additional $2,000 for expenditure.
