Abs~: Mayor Gilbertson Case #14: Adopt Ordinance Establishing Operating Rules for the Horse Care Commission Attorney Go ~Odrich stated that this ordinance had been previously introduced and was now being presented for formal adoption. Motion by C6Uncilrnember H~,d~,~.n and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adop, t Ordinance ~/91- 07 adding Se~fionl 2,09 entitled 'Horse Care Commission" to Chapter 2 entitled 'Council, Boards and Commissions" of the Ramsey City Code. Voting No: None Case #15: Employment Contract for Ryan Schroeder Councilmem~er Beyer stated that the drafting of a contract for the City Administrator position should be aj~int effort of the Personnel Coordinator and the City Attorney and reviewed by the Personnel Co~ttee. Motion by Co~uneiknember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Cich to have the City Attorney review the ¢~plo. yment contract for City Administrator Schroeder, sign it and forward it to the Personnel Coffanittee.
