Case #4: l!Request for a Conditional Use Permit for a Temporary Mobile Home Residence at Northfork Links Golf Course Construction Site; Case of "~Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc. Ms. Frolik stated that Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc. has applied for a conditional use permit for the use of a ~b'~' il~ home, in addition to a construction trailer, on the subject property for security purposes. Th~ project superintendent and his wife would reside in the home until the project is complete, ap~roxiinately two years. On April 23, 1991, the City Council granted temporary permission ~6~ Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc. to move the mobile home onto the property for security reaSOns uotil a decision has been made on the application for the conditional use permit. On May 7, 199~ 1, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that City Council approve the request fo~!a COnditional Use Permit for a temporary mobile home. Mr. Peck stated that Planning and Zoning requested a $3,000 performance bond and he feels that a bond of $1,000 is more than adequate. ~vie~ed the findings of fact. The Council Motion by Co~. ncilmember Peterson and seconded by Mayor Gilbenson to adopt Resolution ~)1- 05-120 adoptf~ng the proposed Findings of Fact ~0299 relating to Glenn Rehbein, Inc.'s request for a conditioflal use permit for a temporary mobile home.
