Absent: Councilmember Cich. <br />Case #4: l!Request for a Conditional Use Permit for a Temporary Mobile Home <br /> Residence at Northfork Links Golf Course Construction Site; Case of <br /> "~Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc. <br />Ms. Frolik stated that Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc. has applied for a conditional use permit for <br />the use of a ~b'~' il~ home, in addition to a construction trailer, on the subject property for security <br />purposes. Th~ project superintendent and his wife would reside in the home until the project is <br />complete, ap~roxiinately two years. On April 23, 1991, the City Council granted temporary <br />permission ~6~ Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc. to move the mobile home onto the property for <br />security reaSOns uotil a decision has been made on the application for the conditional use permit. <br />On May 7, 199~ 1, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that City Council approve <br />the request fo~!a COnditional Use Permit for a temporary mobile home. <br /> <br />Mr. Peck stated that Planning and Zoning requested a $3,000 performance bond and he feels that a <br />bond of $1,000 is more than adequate. <br /> ~vie~ed the findings of fact. <br />The <br /> Council <br /> <br />Motion by Co~. ncilmember Peterson and seconded by Mayor Gilbenson to adopt Resolution ~)1- <br />05-120 adoptf~ng the proposed Findings of Fact ~0299 relating to Glenn Rehbein, Inc.'s request <br />for a conditioflal use permit for a temporary mobile home. <br /> <br />Motion carriefl.
