Absent: Councilmember Peterson. <br />Case #2: i Proposed Public Facility Naming Policy <br /> <br />Parks/Utiliti? COOrdinator, Mark Boos, stated that as a result of the request to have the south <br />portion of Pd'~er's Bend Park renamed, it came to light that the City did not have a formal public <br />facility narn~ _g policy. ,_T~_e Park and Recreation Commission approved a proposed facility naming <br />policy for th~ CoUncil s review. Unless, City Council directs otherwise, only facility names <br />different fro~the Subdivision that contains them would be brought to City Council for approval. <br /> <br />Motion by Cogneiknember Hardin and seconded by Mayor Gilbenson to adopt Resolution g01-06- <br />138 adopting the Park and Recreation Commission's Public Facility Naming Policy. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
