Case gl0: 'rDisgussion Regarding Use of Mobile Home at Northfork Golf Course !Construction Site; Case of Glenn Rehbein Excavating Ms. Frolik stated that construction of the golf course in the Northfork P.U.D. has begun and to deter trespaSSing gnd damage to the course during grading and turf establishment, Rehbein Excavating is ~op0sing to move a mobile home onto the property for the job foreman and his wife to reside in f~ sex~.urity purposes. Mr. Knutson, Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc. is asking for a temporary ap ~l~r~ oval to move the mobile home onto the property until the conditional use permit application isilprO~:essed. Ms Frolik noted that if this case is approved, it could be setting a precedent as often 'times the City is approached by victims of f'u'e requesting permission to live in a mobile home ~n the property while their home is under repair. They usually find alternative living arrangements because of the time involved in processing a request for a conditional use permit. Upon inquiry ~f the Homeowners Association is in agreement with what is being proposed, Mr. Dennis Peek ~tate~l that a petition from them would be available at the time of the CUP public hearing. Motion by Cot~ncilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to grant temporary approval to t31~nn Rehbein Excavating to move a mobile home onto the property of the Northfork Golf Course On a; temporary basis for security purposes only. Pending action on the CUP, applicant will !deposit with the City a $1,000 cash escrow, which amount will be used to defray City's expenS~ in ~the event the applicant doesn't remove the mobile home. Prior to occupancy, mobile home xgill be required to be hooked up to well and septic. Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmember Peterson, Beyer and Hardin. Voting No: N~ne. 'Absent: Councilmember Cich. Upon inquiry, the applicant indicated his agreement and understanding of the motion. Case #11: Award Bid for 1991 Crack Sealing Program City Engineerjankowski announced that the bids solicited for the 1991 Crack Sealing Program were opened On Monday, April 22, 1991. He stated there were two bids and the lowest bidder was Bergman ~2o.,:Inc. in the amount of $11,710.70. Motion by Coilncil~ember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Hardin to adopt Resolution g91-04-092 r~eiving bids and awarding contract for the 1991 Street Crack Sealing Program. Motion carried.
