Case 015: ~Introduce Ordinance Establishing Operating Rules for the Horse Care <br /> i'Commission <br /> <br />Motion by Co~ncilmember Beye,r, and seconded by Mayor,,G. ilbertson to introduc,e, Ordinance g01- <br />XX adding S~tion 2.09 entitled Horse Care Commission to Chapter 2 entitled Council, Boards <br />and Commissibns".of the Ramsey City Code. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Beyer, Hardin and Peterson. <br />Voting No: Nbne. -Absent: Councilmember Cich. <br /> <br />Case #16: iMad Mac's Auto Sales <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik explained that Mad Mac's Auto Sales had received approval for new construction in the <br />spring of 1990!and~was granted an extension until the fall of 1991 to complete the improvements. <br /> <br />Upon inquiry, Council indicated that the City would honor the deve!opment terms agreed to and in <br />accordance with the zoning that was in place at the time of Mad Mac s site plan approval. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />1 ) Landfill Siting <br /> <br />The landfill siting issue was discussed briefly and it was decided it would be appropriate to contact <br />Senator Dahl .[tnd/or Representative Lynch. Councilmember Peterson offered to be the contact <br />person and will relrmrt information back to City Council. <br /> <br />2 ) WorkShop <br /> <br />Councilmembcr Beyer asked to have the tentative Council/Staff Workshop rescheduled from June <br /> <br />3 ) Donation/Ramsey Lions <br /> <br />The City Council publicly thanked the Ramsey Lions Club for their generous donation of $4,000 <br />to the City for ,the purchase of new chairs for the Council Chambers. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by COuncilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
