Swenson, R..L.S. and dated as being revised July 1991. This plan represents a <br />revision of the plat that was reviewed and recommended for approval by the <br />Planning and 'Zoning Commission on June 4, 1991. <br /> <br />A concern of. the Planning and Zoning Commission was that some provision <br />needs to be made to provide a reasonable means of resubdividing the property .to <br />accommodate,its future use as sewered residential development. The previously <br />approved outlot was found to be unacceptable to the developer. The revised plat <br />now provides for future development by the dedication of a sixty foot drainage and <br />utility easement along the east boundary of Lot 1. <br /> <br />Additionally, it should be noted that this revision will decrease the size of Lot 1 <br />from 8.6 acres to 5.75 acres and will increase the size of Lot 2 from 9.75 acres to <br />14.4 acres.
