Councilmcmb~r adoption: inu'oduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #91-08- A RESOLUTION DECLARING CONDITIONS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR AN OUTSIDE DISPLAY AREA ASSOCIATED WITH A MOTOR VEHICLE SALES LOT WHEREAS, the Ramscy City Council adopted Rcsolution #91-08- , regarding Findings of FaCt for this use and herein approves a Conditional Use Permit subject to the following conditions. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE¥ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On ,1991, a conditional usc permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Jin~ l~ovinzino ("Permit Holder") to establish an outdoor display/sales area in the Business Dis~et on approximately one-half acre of land generally known as 6304 Hwy. #10 N.W. and legally described as follows: That part of Lot 12, Auditor's Subdivision Number 96 lying Northeasterly of a line parallel with and 190 feet Southwesterly of Southwesterly line of State Trunk Highway No. 10 more Particularly described as follows: That part of Government Lot 1, Section 25, Township 32, Range 25 described as follows: To-wit, commencing at a point of intersection of Southwesterly line of State Trunk Highway No. 10 and Northwesterly line of Poplar Drive (aka Tungsten Street N.W.) according to plat of Dickenson's Mississippi Estate.of record and on file in Office of Registrar of Deeds, Anoka County, Minnesota, thenceNorthwestefly along said Southwesterly highway line a distance of 400 feet to actual point 0f beginning of land to be described; thence continuing along last described Highway line a distance of 100 feet; thence Southwesterly along a line parallel with Northwesterly line ofisaid Poplar Drive to a point of intersection with line parallel with and distant 502.74 feet East at right angles to West line of said Government Lot 1; thence South along a line parallel with and distant 502.74 feet East at right angles to said West line of Government Lot 1 to a point of intersection with a line parallel with and 190 feet Southwesterly of South~vesterly line of State Highway; thence Southeasterly along said line parallel with and 190 feet Southwesterly of Southwesterly line of said State Highway to a point of intersection with a line extended Southerly being parallel with and distant 400 feet Northwesterly as measured along said Southwesterly line of State Highway from said NorthWesterly Line of said Poplar Drive (aka Tungsten Street N.W.); thence Northeasterly and p~allel with said Poplar Drive (aka Tungsten Street N.W.) to actual point of beginning. This permit isissued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code.
