ORDINANCE g91-XX <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT <br /> <br />mJ <br /> <br />Section: 9.50.05. Subdivision 1, Division or consolidation of platted lots, Item d. Council <br />Action. The following paragraph shall be added to Item d. <br /> <br /> When a proposed subdivision moves interior lot lines and by so doing does not create <br /> additional buildable lots a~r3,d does not create, any lot which is below the standards.for the <br /> applicable zoning distficGh~v'l~i't~[~z~.~?or which is not created a need for a new road, <br />.b-~such new property desci-iption may be approved by the Zoning Administrator if it is found <br /> the resulting configuration will not have adverse effects on surrounding property. Should <br /> the Zoning Administrator determine the moving of interior lot lines may have an adverse <br /> effect on either adjoining property or may circumvent other applicable zoning restrictions, <br /> the Zoning Administrator then shall require the subdivision to proceed to City Council <br /> pursuant to applicable provisions of this Code. <br /> <br /> Section: 9.50.05 Subdivision 2, Division or consolidation of unplatted lots, Item e. <br /> Council Action.
