PLANNING AND ZONING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The RamseY ~lanning and Zoning Commission conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, July ! 6, <br />1991 at the l~mSey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />553O3. <br /> <br />Members PreSent: <br /> <br />Also present:: <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Gerald Zimmerman <br />Commissaoner David Bawden <br />Comrrassmner Benjamin Deemer (arrived at 7:46 p.m.) <br />Comrmssmner Terry Hendriksen <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br />Commissioner Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br /> <br />Chairman Ztmmerman called the special meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by COmmissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to approve the <br />agenda as pre~ented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Bawden, Hendriksen, <br />LaDue, Terry and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Deemer (arrived later). <br /> <br />Case #1: 'Request for Site Plan Approval for a Maintenance Building at The <br /> Links Golf Course; Case of Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc. <br /> <br />Zoning Adminis~ator Frolik handed out Glenn Rehbein's revised site plan for a maintenance <br />building at The Liflks Golf Course which addressed some of the concerns of the City En~neer. <br /> <br />City Enginee~!Jankowski summarized his review letter. <br /> <br />Commissione~' Deemer arrived at this time (7:46 p.m.). <br /> <br />Chairman Het~driksen questioned if this building constituted an accessory structure which would <br />create a situation of consmacting the accessory structure prior to the principal structure. <br /> <br />Chairman zir~merman and Commissioner Deemer stated in their opinion the maintenance building <br />would be a Principal structure for the golf course use. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik noted that in the P.U.D. section of the City Code, no particular performance standards <br />are specified. <br /> <br />Planning & <br /> <br />Zoning Commission/July 16, 1991 <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
