SECTION 3. SUMMARY The following is the official summary of Ordinance #14 -14, which has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #14 -14 to amend Ramsey, Minnesota City Code Section 117 -118 to reduce the Minimum Floor Area Ratio in The COR -1 Sub - District, which will have an effect of lowering the minimum density required within this sub - district. The ordinance does not amend the City's long -range Development Plan for The COR. The intent of the City is to continue to strive towards the original vision for this sub - district, but provide for a more market - driven, sustainable, and incremental approach to eventually build towards this vision. SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this Ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
