SECTION 3. SUMMARY <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance #14 -14, which has been approved by the City Council <br />of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #14 -14 to amend Ramsey, Minnesota City Code Section 117 -118 to <br />reduce the Minimum Floor Area Ratio in The COR -1 Sub - District, which will have an effect of lowering <br />the minimum density required within this sub - district. The ordinance does not amend the City's long -range <br />Development Plan for The COR. The intent of the City is to continue to strive towards the original vision <br />for this sub - district, but provide for a more market - driven, sustainable, and incremental approach to <br />eventually build towards this vision. <br />SECTION 4.
