Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #14 -11 -237 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2015 CITY OF RAMSEY PARKING RAMP <br />MAINTENANCE BUDGET <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Adopted an Amended and Restated Parking <br />Improvement Use and Maintenance Agreement (PUMA) for Parking District A (Municipal <br />Center Ramp) on April 30, 2012 and First Amendment on January 8, 2013; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is required to annually adopt a budget of parking ramp <br />maintenance costs on or before the date thirty days prior to the beginning of each full fiscal year; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, on or before the date thirty days prior to each full fiscal year, the City <br />Council must adopt a resolution allocating the budgeted parking maintenance costs for that fiscal <br />year among the benefitting parcels; and <br />WHEREAS, That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 2014 is hereby adopted for the Parking Ramp Maintenance Fund in the amount of <br />$129,820. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2015 is <br />hereby adopted for the Parking Ramp Maintenance Fund as follows: <br />None <br />Expenses: <br />Operating Expenses $129,820 <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Riley and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Councilmember LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Johns <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />the following voted against the same: <br />
