NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby ~ven that the City of Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 1, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Northern Counties Secretarial Services for a conditional use permit to establish professional offices and day care facilities in the former Lord of Life Lutheran Church structure located on the property generally known as 6139 157th Lane N.W. and legally described as follows: Parcel l; Lot 4, Block 4, Hall's Dover Acres, Anoka Count), Minnesota. Parcel 2: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, which lies easterly of line A described below and southeasterly of line B described below: Line A: A line run parallel and distant 60 feet Northeasterly of the following described lines. Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section Twenty- six (26), Township Thirty-two (32), Range Twenty-five (25), Anoka County, Minnesota, thence West on the North Line of said Section Twenty-six (26) a distance of 431.45 feet to the point of beginning; thence Northwesterly at an angle of 119 degrees, 15 minutes (when measured from East to North) 2,734.74 feet, thence deflect to the left on a 5 degree 00 minute spiraled curve (300 foot spirals) (delta angle total curve 23 degrees 27 minutes) 769.00 feet, thence continue on tangent to last described curve 572.79 feet, thence deflect to the right on a 5 degree 00 minute spiraled curve (300 foot spirals) (delta angle total curve 26 degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds) 836.17 feet, thence continue on tangent to last described curve 1,456.79 feet, thence deflect to the right on a 3 degrees 00 minute simple curve (delta angle 3 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds) 101.39 feet, thence continue on tangent to the last described curve 567.08 feet, thence deflect to the left on a 5 degrees 00 minute spiraled curve (300 foot spirals) (delta angle total curve 24 degrees 26 minutes) 788.66 feet and there terminating. Line B: Commencing at the Northwest Comer of Lot Four (4), Block Four (4), Hall's Dover Acres as recorded with the County Recorder's Office, Anoka County, Minnesota; thence South on assumed bearing along the West line of said Lot Four (4) a distance of 296.13 feet to beginning of said line; thence South 65 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 111.76 feet more or less to the easterly right-of-way line of County State Aid Highway No. 5 and there terminating.
