Councilmembei' 'adoption: inu'oduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #91-10- A RESOLIJTSION DECLARING CONDITIONS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PROFESSIONAL OFFICES AND DAYCARE FACIL1TIg2~S IN THE STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 6139 157TH LANE N.W. WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution 4~91-10- regarding Findings of Faqt for this use and herein approves a Conditional Use Permit subject to the following conditions: NOW THERgFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On . ,1991, a conditional ,,u, se permit was,!ssued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Northern C~unties Secretarial Services ( Permit Holder ) to establish professional offices and daycare facilities, in the R-1 Rural Residential District in a structure located on property generally known as 61391157th Lane N.W. and legally described as follows: Lot 4, Block 4, Hall's Dover Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota; All thatipart of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 14, Township 32, Range ~25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as beginning at a point on the East line thereofI also being the West line of Lot 4, Block 4, Hall's Dover Acres, said Anoka County~ a distance of 282.37 feet north of the most southerly comer of said Lot 4; thence South 0degrees, 01 minutes, 08 seconds East along said We~t line of Lot 4- and along said east line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter for 282.37 feet, more or less, to inter~ect the Northeasterly line of the right-of-way of C.S.A.H. No. 5 as now laid out and constructed; thence North 23 degrees, 19 minutes, 17 seconds West along said Northeasterly tine of the highway right-of-way for 257.57 feet, more or less to intersect a line be~L~-ing South 65 degrees, 4-6 minutes, 21 seconds West from the point of be~nning; thence blo~h 65 degrees, 46 minutes, 21 seconds East for 111.72 feet, more or less, to said point of begL, ming. This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code and is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit are as follows: Permitted uses on the site shall be limited to professional offices and davcare facilities. This permit shall remain in effect for a total site development of 22,000 square feet of building area in accordance w/th the Concept Plan dated October 25, 1991, :attached hereto as Exhibit "A". The abili~ to expand the site operation to 22,000 [square feet granted in this permit shall only exempt the permit holder from requiring amended conditional use permits for expansions up to 22,000 square feet. The iPermit holder shall not be exempted from meeting any other applicable City Code 'and Uniform Building Code requirements. Any, effort to expand the site operations ~beyond 22,000 square feet shall requ/re an amended conditional use permit. 1'3
