Councilmembei' <br />'adoption: <br /> <br />inu'oduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-10- <br /> <br />A RESOLIJTSION DECLARING CONDITIONS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PROFESSIONAL OFFICES AND DAYCARE <br />FACIL1TIg2~S IN THE STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 6139 157TH LANE N.W. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution 4~91-10- regarding <br />Findings of Faqt for this use and herein approves a Conditional Use Permit subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />NOW THERgFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSE¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On . ,1991, a conditional ,,u, se permit was,!ssued by the City of Ramsey ("City") <br />to Northern C~unties Secretarial Services ( Permit Holder ) to establish professional offices and <br />daycare facilities, in the R-1 Rural Residential District in a structure located on property generally <br />known as 61391157th Lane N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 4, Hall's Dover Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />All thatipart of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 14, Township 32, <br />Range ~25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as beginning at a point on the East line <br />thereofI also being the West line of Lot 4, Block 4, Hall's Dover Acres, said Anoka <br />County~ a distance of 282.37 feet north of the most southerly comer of said Lot 4; thence <br />South 0degrees, 01 minutes, 08 seconds East along said We~t line of Lot 4- and along said <br />east line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter for 282.37 feet, more or less, <br />to inter~ect the Northeasterly line of the right-of-way of C.S.A.H. No. 5 as now laid out <br />and constructed; thence North 23 degrees, 19 minutes, 17 seconds West along said <br />Northeasterly tine of the highway right-of-way for 257.57 feet, more or less to intersect a <br />line be~L~-ing South 65 degrees, 4-6 minutes, 21 seconds West from the point of be~nning; <br />thence blo~h 65 degrees, 46 minutes, 21 seconds East for 111.72 feet, more or less, to <br />said point of begL, ming. <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code and is perpetual in its <br />duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />Permitted uses on the site shall be limited to professional offices and davcare <br />facilities. <br /> <br />This permit shall remain in effect for a total site development of 22,000 square feet <br />of building area in accordance w/th the Concept Plan dated October 25, 1991, <br />:attached hereto as Exhibit "A". The abili~ to expand the site operation to 22,000 <br />[square feet granted in this permit shall only exempt the permit holder from requiring <br />amended conditional use permits for expansions up to 22,000 square feet. The <br />iPermit holder shall not be exempted from meeting any other applicable City Code <br />'and Uniform Building Code requirements.
