NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT;MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereb~y given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Ramsey will hold a <br />public hearing on Tuesday, November 5, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthe~ Bou evard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The purpose oi the hearing is to consider a request by R. J. S. Builders to vacate a portion of the <br />drainage easement on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 2, The North Forty 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />All interested I~ rsons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request. <br /> <br />Wrilten comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission 1:5153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303.
