NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Rarnsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a second public hearing on Tuesday, November 5, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Northern Counties Secretarial Services for a conditional use permit to establish up to 22,000 square feet of professional offices and day care facilities in the 6,900 square foot Lord of Life Lutheran Church structure located on the property generally known as 6139 157th Lane N.W. and legally described as follows: Lot 4, Block 4, Hall's Dover Acres, Anoka County Minnesota. Parcel 2: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, which lies easterly of tine A described below and southeasterly of line B described below: Line A: A line run parallel and distant 60 feet Norzheasterty of the following described lines.
