PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramseyil~.itY Council conducted a public hearing regarding Improvement Project g91-04 <br />(Reilley EstateS 1st, 2nd and 3rd Additions sealcoating) on Tuesday, September 10, 1991 at the <br />Ramsey Muni~pal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Rarnsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members PreSent: Mayor James Gilbertson <br /> Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br /> Councilmember Richard Cich <br /> Councilmember Glen Hardin <br /> Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />CALL TO OItDER <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Mayor Gilberts ~n called the public hearing to order at 7:20 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> [ <br /> <br />City Engineer lankowski stated that Improvement Project gq:)1-04 is the Reilley Estates 1 st, 2nd <br />and 3rd Ad~ti0ns Sealcoating project. The total cost estimated for the' project in February was <br />$17,026.00 wif. h an, estimated per unit assessment of $160.62. The actual cost was $10,885.19 <br />and the actual hssessment per unit (53 units) will be $102.69. He explained that there was not <br />much of a reduction in this project as the other projects because there was more cracksealing to be <br />done. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by COulncilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion t~g <br /> carri, ', Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Cich and <br />Hardin.
