PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing regarding Improvement Project g91-06 <br />(Woodlawn F_~;tates Addition sealcoating) on Tuesday, September 10, 1991 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Cctiter, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Pre~nt: <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />CALL TO oRDER <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbenson <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Richard Cich <br />Councilmember Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson called the public hearing to order at 7:22 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br />City EngineCrlJankowski stated that Improvement Project #91-06 is the Woodlawn Estates <br />Addition seale0, ati~:g project. The total cost estimated for the project in February was $11,829.00 <br />with an estima[ed per unit assessment of $203.95. The actual cost was $5,431.07 and the actual <br />assessment pe~[unit (29 units) will be $93.64. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Cotmcilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adjourn the public <br />hearing. ~ <br /> <br />Motion carried. VOting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Cich and <br />Hardin.
