She explained that this ordinance <br />would give CitY Staff the authority to approve a lot line realignment in those instances where no <br />adverse impact$~ will result from the action or no new lots would be created. <br /> <br />Motion by Coflnci[member Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt Ordinance <br />g91-16 mending Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land), Section 9.50.05 of the Ramsey <br />City Code. ~ <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Beyer, Cich and <br />Peterson. VOtii~g No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: Reqluest for Final Plat Approval of Cedar Hills (Phase I); Case of <br /> M.G. Astleford Company <br />Ms. Frolik staied that the proposed plat of Cedar Hills is located generally north of Industry <br />Boulevard N.W. and east of Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W., adjacent to Hunters Hill.
