§ 9.20.21 B-1 Busines~ District <br /> <br />9.20.21 B-1 Business District <br /> <br /> Subdiviaion 1. Intent: The purpose of the B-l, Business District is to <br />provide for areas of commercial development which accommodate shopper type <br />goods and set, rices as contrasted to auto oriented highway commercial actixuties. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Permitted Uses: (Subject to general requirements and <br />performance standards as specified by this Chapter.) <br /> <br />a. Retail business. <br /> <br />b. Eating and drinking establishments. <br />c. Offices and banks. <br />d. Persona] and professional services. <br />e, Funeral homes. <br /> <br />f. Medical clinics. <br /> <br />g. Animal clinics. <br /> <br />h. Adult uses-accessory. <br />Sub& 3, Accessory Uses: <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />Commercial or business buildings and structures for a use <br />accessory to the principal use but such use shall not exceed 30% of <br />the gross floor space of the principal use. <br /> <br />Off-street parking including sen~-trailer trucks, as regulated and <br />required by this Chapter. <br /> <br />Off-street loading as regulated and required by this Chapter. <br /> <br />Signing as reKulated by the City Code. <br /> <br /> Sub& 4.
