The cost of relocating the adult use. <br /> <br />9.11.20 Nom. Residentin! Development Stan~ <br /> <br /> SUbdivisionl. Application: The following standards and <br />requirementz ~hall apply to all non-residential or non-agricultural uses within the <br />City. <br /> S~ Storage: Garbage receptacles, refuse areas must be in rear <br />or side yards, ~nd must be screened from public view and adjoining property. <br /> <br />No exterior s~orage shall be allowed if the property abuts an R-1R, R-1U, R-2U <br />District. Where the property does not abut such district, all exterior storage shall <br />be screened wi~h the exception of: <br /> [ <br /> a. Merchandise displayed for sale; <br /> b.I Materials and equipment presently being used for construction on <br /> ~ the premises; or <br /> <br /> c, ! Merchandise located on service station pump islands. <br /> <br /> Su-l:~l. 3. Landscaping: All non-residential uses shall provide a <br />landscaped arda along all streets and areas separating a non-residential use from <br />a residential uge. !This shall be kept clear of all structures, storage, and off street <br />parking. Where a non-residential use is adjacent to an R-1R, R-1U, or R-2U <br />residential use'~ the non-residential use shall provide screening and a minimum of <br />a 40 foot wide landscaped yard along the boundary of the residential use. Where a <br />business use i~ a~ross the street from a residential use, the business use shall <br />provide a minj~,,~ of 20 feet of landscaped yard between the street and structure <br />or parking ar~g. Except for driveways, the area shall extend along both streets in <br />the case of a corner lot. <br /> <br />All structures, required landscaping and fences shall be maintained so as not to be <br />unsightly to adjoining areas. <br /> <br />A finished gro~nd grade shall be established such that natural drainage away <br />from all buildings iz provided. <br /> <br /> Subd. 4.
