End of Year Interviews <br /> <br />At the end of each year the Fire Chief holds one-on-one interviews with each <br />firefighter.i This year's questions were: <br /> 1) How would you rate the training in 2003? What is your opinion of <br /> upgrading the FD's medical status to include starting IV's, etc? <br /> 2) :How would you rate the communication in the dept?
