Councilmlember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL FOR PROPERTY/CASUALTY AND <br /> WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey reviews and renews its property/casualty and <br />workers compensation insurance on an annual basis; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, T. C. Field, the City's Agent of Record for property/casualty and <br />workers compensation insurance, has reviewed the City's claims experience and solicited <br />several alternative deductible structures for the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed the alternative deductible structures with the <br />City Cour~cil and provided expense and revenue information for the City's internal <br />insurance fund. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY O~RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) Th~tt the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes the renewal of <br /> property/casualty insurance with the deductible structure. <br />2) Th~at the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes the renewal of workers <br /> comPensation insurance policy per the current deductible structure of $2500 per <br /> claim/I,000,000 maximum per claim. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 24~h day of February 2004. <br /> <br /> <br />
