Councilmembe] introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-02-XXX RESOLUTIOI~ AMENDING THE 2004 SCHEDULE OF RATES, FEES AND CHARGES WHE~ASi the current Schedule of Rates, Fees, and Charges was adopted by the Ramsey City C~uncil on November 25, 2003, and amended on December 9, 2003; and WHEREAs, staff was directed to research commercial/industrial trail and park de&cat,on fees ~wlth the Park and Recreation Commission; and WHEREAs~ at the Park and Recreation Commission of February 19, 2004, the Commission nSade the recommendation to increase commercial/industrial trail fees to $1,090/acre an~ipark dedication fees to $4,356/acre; and WHERE, AS~ at the City Council meetjng of February 24, 2004, Council accepted approval of the Park and Recreation Commission s recommendation of the commercial/industrial trail and park d~:lication fees; and WHER~ASi staff was given approval to amend the 2004 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges with th~ changes noted. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, AN~KA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the! 2004 Schedule of Rates, Fees, and Charges is hereby amended to establish the following: ~2ommercial/Industrial Trail Fees - $1,090/acre Commercial Park Dedication Fee - $4,356/acre The motion for ~adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, and upon vote being[itaken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said~resOlution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 24th daj¢ of February, 2004.
