AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY coD~ OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. SECTION 1; AMENDMENT ~' The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from R-2 Medium Density Residential toiIB-2 :Business: Beginaing at a point on the East line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quar~ of-Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, 30 feet south of the imersection of said li~e With the southerly boundary of the right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 10; thene¢inorthwesterly and parallel with said highway and 30 feet southwesterly thereof a distance of 200 feet; thence southerly and parallel with the east line of the said [' South¢~t Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 400 feet; thence southeasterly and parallel with U.S. Highway No. 10 a distance of 200 feet to the east line 0~said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence north along the east line of}the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 400 feet to point of begilming.
