NOW THER.~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ~O~L4, COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That tl~e Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to Ramsey Town <br /> Cente~,~2nd Addition subject to the following conditions: <br /> a) icompliance with City Staff Review Letter dated January 30, 2004, Revised <br /> !
