City <br />approval/denial !is necessary under the State Statues. The MN Deer Hunters Association meets <br />all of the requirements which allows them to remain exempt from licensing, primarily from the <br />standpoint that be commodities to be raffled are valued at less than $12,000. <br /> <br />Approval requir <br />Board, while if~ <br />and submitted t~ <br /> <br />es nothing more than a motion followed by a letter to the Gambling Control <br />he request is denied, a formal resolution for denial would need to be prepared <br /> the Gambling Control Board. <br /> <br /> <br />
