9.20.21 ]3-1 Business District. <br /> <br /> iSubdivision 1. Intent: The purpose of the B-l, Business District is <br />to provide for areas of commercial development which accommodate shopper type <br />goods and Services as contrasted to auto oriented highway commercial activities. <br /> <br /> iSubd. 2. Permitted Uses: (Subject to general requirements and <br />performancel:standards as specified by this Chapter.) <br /> <br />Retail business. <br /> <br />Eating and drinking establishments. <br /> <br />Offices and banks. <br /> <br />Personal and professional services. <br />Funeral homes. <br /> <br />Medical clinics. <br /> <br />Animal clinics. <br /> <br /> Adult uses-accessory. <br /> 'Sub& 3. Accessory Uses: <br /> <br /> a. Commercial or business buildings and structures for a use <br /> accessory to the principal use but such use shall not exceed 30% of <br /> the gross floor space of the principal use. <br /> <br /> b. Off-street parking including semi-trailer trucks, as regulated and <br /> required by this Chapter. <br /> <br /> c. Off-street loading as regulated and required by this Chapter. <br /> <br /> d. Signing as regulated by the City Code. <br /> <br /> ~ub& 4. Conditional Uses: (Requires a conditional use permit <br />based upon procedures set forth in and regulated by §9.03.04 of this Chapter.) <br /> a. Other commercial retail or service uses may be allowed provided <br /> that: <br /> <br />The use does not involve outside sales, service, rental or <br />storage which exceeds 10% of the property. <br /> <br />The use meets the intent of the District as stated in this <br />Section. <br /> <br />The provisions of §9.03.04, Subd. 4g. are considered and are <br />satisfactorily met. <br /> <br />Sub& 5.
