CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Wayne Johnson - 1134 Benton Sueet, Anoka - inquired if his assessment would be affected if the <br />other two property owners also benefiting from the project were to be assessed at this time. <br /> <br />Peter Raatikka replied that Mr. Johnson's assessment would not be affected. <br /> <br />Wayne Johnson stated that his total estimated assessment is $I 14,772.00 less the estimated project <br />cost of $73,000.00. Mr. Johnson inquired if the difference is being transferred to the sewer and <br />water fund. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka replied that $68,772.00 will go to the trunk fund. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson replied that those figures don't seem like they add up. The difference is actually <br />$41,000.00 and not $68,000.00. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka replied that Mr. Johnson is correct and that the materials prepared for the presentation <br />were incorrect. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Pearson, Peterson and DeLuca. <br />Voting No: None.
