The <br />subject property is approximately 7 acres in size and Linda Obrycki is currently utilizing the <br />existing build~g on the property for retail sales of educational and collectible toys and art supplies. <br />The subject property is currently zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD) as it was platted in <br />conjunction w~th the Northfork PUD. Documents relating to the Northfork PUD refer to the <br />outlots being developed generally with commercial uses. However, the property will no longer be <br />associated with the Northfork PUD and Linda has requested rezoning the property to Rural <br />Business to cllnfify permitted uses on the property.
