The subject property is approximately seven acres in [ize and <br />Linda .ObryC~k~ is Curr.ently utilizing the existing building on the property for retail sales of <br />educational a~n~d col~ecnble toys and art supplies. The subject property is currently zoned Planned <br />Unit Develo~ffient ~(PUD) as it was platted in conjunction with the Northfork POD. Documents <br />relating to th~ $ortl~fork PUD refer to the outlots bein~ developed generally with commercial uses. <br />However, the grop~,rty will no longer be assocmted w~th the Northfork PUD and Ms. Obryckl has <br />requested reZO~in~:ithe property to Rural Business to clarify permitted uses on the property as she <br />feels the PUDtis'i0o ~eneral. Ms. Frolik stated that this would be in the best interest of Ms. <br />Obrvcki and ~'1~o tile (~ity if the permitted uses are specified.
