He <br />didn't feel anyfl lng ~ill be accomplished with another he~ing. On the question of hours, that too <br />is being reduce from what was in the Findings of ~act. Only the furnace will be operating 24 <br />hours a day; ih, reOeiving portion of the business will be from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday <br />through Satu~d~ ~} Councilmembers DeLuca and Cich felt another hemng is needed because of <br />some inconsiSt~ facts and the need for the public to comment on the changed request. He alleged ~e City Engineer's info~ation kept changing to <br />make the fac{li y abceptable for their,recommendation. The vote was three yes, one no, three <br />absent, comm~ ting~ ~e Council doesnt have much to stand on. ~. Neilson stated he is prepared <br />to discuss theft ct that Ordinance ~0-5 does not apply.
