One of the main changes that the Economic Development <br />Commi,s 3n Suggests would be the development of a Light Industrial District located <br />south of' ouniy Road #116 and east of Sunfish Lake Blvd. NW. <br /> <br />Attached ~ls a !proposed set of guidelines for the Light Industrial District by the Economic <br />DeveloPment ':Commission. These proposals are for the industrial district located south <br />of Coun't~, Road #116 and east of Sunfish Lake Blvd. NW. The proposed Light industrial <br />District ~buld; have stricter guidelines than that of the current Industrial District. <br /> <br />The follo~inglguidelines are similar to Anoka's McKinley Street industrial district area. <br />By adopt!ng guidelines similar to those of Anoka's, this could eliminate some of the <br />problems !'of tlie area's zoning. <br /> <br />I will be !available at the February 5, 1991 Planning and Zoning Commission for any <br />questions!;that iyou may have. <br /> <br /> <br />
