A public hearing regarding the request for a conditiOnal use permit was scheduled for February 5, 1991. There is one iother similar permitted conditional use in the City. In 1989, the City issued a conditional gse permit for a firewood sales business in the Rural Residential District; the conditional u~ permit included storing relating commercial vehicles on the property. Recommendation: There wouldlappear to be no significant impact relating to Mr. Pehlke's request, however, the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission should be formulated following the public hearing.
