In 1989, the City issued a <br />conditional gse permit for a firewood sales business in the Rural Residential District; the <br />conditional u~ permit included storing relating commercial vehicles on the property. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />There wouldlappear to be no significant impact relating to Mr. Pehlke's request, however, the <br />recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission should be formulated following the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br /> CommisSion Action: ~ , <br /> <br /> ttecommend that City Council adopt the proposed findings of fact relating to Mr. Pehlke's <br /> request for a conditional use permit at 5566 152nd Avenue N.W. <br /> -and- ~t5 ~ko ~)o <br /> <br /> RecOmmend that City Council approve/deny Mr. David Pehlke's request for a conditional <br /> use pm'mit to maintain a two-ton commercial vehicle on the property at 5566 152nd Avenue <br /> N.W. <br /> <br />Review Checklist; <br />P&Z: <br /> <br /> Zoning Administrator <br />2/5/91: -. <br /> <br /> <br />
