Absent: Commissioners Hendriksen and Terry. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to adopt Resolution #90- <br />PZ-10-1 recommending City Council approval of the zoning code amendments to restrict certain <br />types of adult ef;tablishments to certain zoning districts. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, Thorud and <br />Bawden. Vofirig No: Commissioner Deemer. Absent: Commissioners Hendriksen and Terry. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer explained that he is opposed to the proposed zoning ordinance amendment <br />because he believes it is overkill to rezone the City to address adult uses.
