Commissioner Deemer replied that Mr. Karst does not have his act cleaned up and is emitting smoke and has ibeeri emitting smoke right up until the day the Commission dealt with his request for expansion. :' Motion by Corrtmissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to amend hem 4/9 of the proposed'Findifigs of Fact to change the word "etcetera" to "and other non-hazardous metals". Further DiscusSion, Commissioner Hendriksen stated that this Commission does not have the ability to change ~ of the proposed Findings of Fact, as it reflects a quote from the applicant's application; therefore, it is a true statement. Mr. Rychner s~ated:that he is agreeable to the proposed amendment to hem #9 of the proposed Findings of Faet. :', Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Con'wnissioners Deemer and LaDue.
