Total s~gn area may be up to fifteen percent (15%) of the <br />front lau[ldin~ facade. At least fifty percent (50%) of the signage area must be placed on the <br />meastir~d ~all with remaining signage area, if desired, distributed on any other wall or <br />walls.! Sign iheight shall not exceed the top of the parapet wall or, if no para~et wall, sign <br />height s~all~otexceedheightofeaves. There shall not be more than one (1) ground sign for each parcel. The gross <br />surfac~eilarea of a ground sign shall not exceed one hundred (100) square feet for each <br />exposed, fac~ nor exceed an aggregate gross surface area of two hundred square feet. <br /> <br /> 5econdaryl Ground Sign.
