The rezonmg was tab]ed for <br />further ~nform'~on and rewew. In January, I suggested an alternanve to the rezoning would be to <br />merge the Rura! Industrial District with the Industrial District and the Rural Business District with <br />the B- 1 Busine~!s District and qualify the permitted uses in each of those districts based on whether <br />or not the pro'p~rty C/as served by city sewer and water. The Commission directed me to proceed <br />to draft an ordi~janc~ amendment to merge the districts. <br /> <br />Observations~ <br />At the time of {his Writing, I have not accomplished the drafting of the ordinance amendment.
