§9~0~1 B-1BusinessDistrict <br /> <br />9.20.21 B-1 Business District. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Intent: The purpose of the B-l, Business District is to <br />provide for areas of commercial development which accommodate shopper type <br />goods and services as contrasted to auto oriented highway commercial actRdties. <br /> <br /> Subd.~. Permitted Uses: (Subject to general requirements and <br />performance standards as specified by this Chapter.) <br /> <br /> a. Retail business. <br /> <br /> b, Eating and drinking establishments. <br /> c. Offices and banks. <br /> d. Personal and professional services, <br /> e. Puneral homes. <br /> f. Medical clinics. <br /> g. Animal clinics. <br /> h. Adult uses-accessory. <br /> <br /> Sub& 3. Accessory Uses: <br /> <br /> a. Commercial or business buildings and structures for a use <br /> accessory to the principal use but such use shall not exceed 30% of <br /> the gross floor space of the principal use. <br /> <br /> b. Off-street parking including semi-trailer trucks, as regulated and <br /> required by this Chapter, <br /> <br /> ¢. Off-street loading as regulated and required by this Chapter. <br /> <br /> d. Signing as regulated by the City Code. <br /> <br /> Sub& 4. Conditional Uses: (Requires a conditional use permit based <br />upon procedures set forth in and regulated by §9.03.04 of this Chapter.) <br /> <br /> a. Other commercial retail or service uses may be allowed provided <br /> that: <br /> <br /> 1. The use does not involve outside sales, service, rental or <br /> storage which exceeds 10go of the property. <br /> <br /> 2.
