Adult uses both principal and accessory. itional Uses The following uses may be allowed only upon the City's issuance of a Conditional Use Permit: Any manufacturing, production, processing,cleaning, storage, servicing, repair and testing of materials, goods or products similar to those permitted uses which conform with the pedormance standards set forth in this district. Other manufacture, processing, storage or commercial uses as determined by the Planning and Zoning Commission to be of the same general character as the permitted uses above and found not to be obnoxious, unhealthful, or offensive by reason of the potential emission or transmission of noise, oxidation, smoke, dust, odors, toxic or noxious matters or glare or heat. Retail and service establishments providing goods and services which are complimentary to the principal uses in the district.
