It is further recommended that the Council approve the <br />Preliminary ~Plat together with the Zoning Amendment (minor <br />locationa~ change of the zoning district boundaries) to be <br />consisten~ with the Plat layout of lots and blocks. <br /> <br />The Property for which platting and rezoning is proposed is in <br />single ownership of Faye Construction Company and Max Schwartzman <br />and Sons ~nd the owner contact is Ivan Schwartzman. <br /> <br />The attaChed.Supporting Information Paper presents information as <br />related roi: <br /> <br />'Zoning Amendment <br />.Subdivision Proposal <br />:Parkland Dedication <br /> <br /> <br />
